Join Our Team Chaplain Career Path

“Where there is no vision, the people perish…” (Proverbs 29:18)

At CCA it is our desire to foster and encourage personal, professional, as well as spiritual growth among our team members. As one component of our professional workplace ministry growth program, we have formulated a prescribed chaplain career development path. The goal of this program is to provide practical training and resources to sharpen ministry skills, and to recognize and reward progress in meeting these goals. This career path offers opportunity for professional growth over a measurable timeframe, with tangible reward.

A key component of the career development path is continuing education coursework from CCA’s own Corporate Chaplain Institute. These training modules are designed specifically to bridge the gap in bringing sound biblical advice into care giving relationships in the workplace. Over 100 hours of video and audiotape instruction in a dozen different disciplines is available at no cost to CCA chaplains. Available only to CCA Chaplains, this material was developed and is provided to ensure that CCA maintains the highest standards in professional ministry excellence as we serve the employees entrusted to our care.
